This past weekend, we experienced a prolonged Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack on our servers. As a result, many of you encountered significant issues, including extended load times and, at times, the complete unavailability of Hero Zero and its associated services. We deeply regret the frustration and inconvenience this has caused during what should have been a time of fun and excitement in the game.
Our team has been working tirelessly to mitigate the impact of this attack and to strengthen our defenses to prevent such incidents in the future. We understand how much Hero Zero means to you, and it pains us to see your experience disrupted in this way.
Please know that your enjoyment and the game's stability are our top priorities. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and take every possible measure to ensure smoother gameplay going forward.
